Subjects include: work on 'The Ascent of Man' book; plans for a V.I.P. showing of 'The Ascent of Man' films (26 Apr 1973, United Kingdom) and Bronowski to appear on radio and television to promote 'The Ascent of Man'; other publications by Bronowski; recommending Roy Ascott for the post of Head of the Department of Art at California State University at Hayward; Bronowski joining the International Scientific Council of the Royaumont Center for A Science of Man; a proposed BBC television mini-series on the Salk Institute; inviting Paul Berg (Department of Biochemistry, Stanford University) to become a Non-Resident Fellow of the Salk Institute; plans for a conference on Copernicus [in Washington D.
