(1) Letter from Francis Francis & Collin [College solicitors] to the Bursar reporting their communication with Mr Davidson who was dealing with the business on behalf of his mother. Mr Bennett had erected a building without the consent of Mr Davidson or the College but did so not realising he wasn't allowed and he was very sorry
(2) Letter from the College confirming they had no objection provided it wasn't used as a sick infirmary which might cause annoyance to the other tenants
