Also includes documents relating to the meetings such as: the operating budget for the Salk Institute; memoranda on retirement, educational assistance, and a benefits programme; a copy of a letter from David Bonner (University of California, San Diego) offering use of laboratory space to the Salk Institute (1963); copies of correspondence between Jonas Salk and Melvin Cohn on plans for the Salk Institute (1962-1963); and a copy of a contract outlining the National Foundation's obligations to the Salk Institute.
