Agreement between the Prior and canons of St Edmund's Chapel, Cambridge, and the Prioress Mabel (Mabilia) and the nuns of St Radegund's. 1) The Prior and canons give the nuns 4 acres 3 roods 16 perches, lying in three scattered parcels in Barnwell fields, viz.: 4 selions, lying between land of the Prior of Barnwell and land of the Prioress, abutting on Grenecroft; 4 selions, lying between the land of the Chapel of Steresbridge and land of Bartholomew Peryn; 3 selions between land of the said Prior and land of Master (Magister) William de Warewyk, abutting towards Caldewell. 2) The Prioress and Convent of St Radegund give the Canons in exchange 3 acres 2 roods 13 1/2 perches in 4 parcels in Swinecroft. 2 selions between land formerly of John Morice and land of Margery Godeman, abutting on the Court of St Edmund's Chapel; 2 selions on the other side of John Morice's land, abutting on the High Street to the east; 2 selions, lying between land formerly of John Morice and land of the University, abutting on the High Street; 2 selions between land of the University and land of Robert Dunnyng. Witnesses: John Pilet, mayor of Cambridge, Simon de Refham, John Morice, Robert Dunnyng, Robert Tulet et aliis.
