AMU Surveys were set up in 2010 and provide a range of land surveying services to London and the UK working with domestic and commercial clients
Matriculated to Jesus College in October 1927 and achieved a 2nd class in Law in 1928, 3rd class law Tripoli part I in 1929 and part II in 1930. Awarded a B. A. He became Captain of the Jesus College Boat Club in 1930 and coached the 3rd May boat which won oars in 1931.
He married Peggy Higson in 1938. During the war, Anstey was Major to the 4th Devon Regiment serving in Gibraltar and was then 2nd in command of the Regiment at the Normandy landings. After the war he was Colonel commanding the Devonshire Territorials, Deputy Lieutenant for Devon and Chairman of Haldon Races.
He died on 14 June 1986
