Costs include: £41 18s 3 1/2 d for work done to outside of College, Great Court, Porters Lodge, chimneys; £6 8s for work done to Hall; £4 2s 3d for work done to garden; £1 4s for work done to Combination Room.

Paid to John Goode and Son painters for painting work on the lodge, hall and back gates. Includes work on chimney piece, closet by study, lobby to dining room, drawing room, bedroom over study and hall doors.

£7 6s 11d for Lodge Honrtry (?) work.

Paid £24 16s 1d to J. Goode & Son for painting.
In the Master's Lodge: painting front of window white in best bedroom, repainting places in drawing room and staircase, washing and varnishing woodwork in entrance to Hall, varnishing closed in passage by study, whitening doors and bedrooms, replacing paint, etc.
In the Courts: lettering staircases and numbering doors in all the staircases, cleaning and painting in great court, Fellows' Garden, sashes, frames and windowsills, entrance door to lodge, etc.
