The said rent was given to the nuns before the Statute (i.e. Quia Emptores Terrarum, 1290, 18 Edw. I). The position and bounds of the said messuage being unknown to any living person, the said John Bidbrook agrees that the said rent shall in future be paid out of a messuage belonging to him in Milne Street (vicus molendari), lying between a messuage formerly of William Wynde, afterwards of Nicholas Hethe, now of John Ascheman, and a tenement of Clare Hall called Welsh Hospice, and abutting on Milne Street. The nuns agree to pray for the said John as one of benefactors.

Robert Coope, of Cambridge, and John Musgrave, of Barnwell, give judgment in a dispute between St Radegund's Priory (Prioress Joan Lancastre) and Barnwell Priory (Prior John) respecting a wall extending from Nunneslane (Jesus Lane) on the north to Walles Lane (King Street) on the south, between a croft of Barnwell Priory to the east and a croft of the nuns to the west. The wall is declared to be the property of the nuns, who are to repair and maintain it.

Arbitration between the nuns and St Michael's College (Trinity) concerning parish boundaries. Decision of the arbitrator, Marmaduke Lumley, LL.B., Chancellor of the University. The dispute was connected with certain houses in Nuns' Lane then occupied by John Cranwell senior, and Richard Cranwell junior. The College maintained that the occupants of these houses were of the part of St Michael, the nuns that they belonged to St Radegund parish. The arbitrator desides that they belong to St Radegund parish, but to satisfy any claims on the part of the College the nuns shall pay to it 4d annually (still paid by Jesus College in 1898). The King grants to the Prioress and Nuns the right to hold an annual fair in the town of Cambridge, on the three days of the vigil, the feast and the morrow of the Assumption of Our Lady, "nisi feria illa sit ad nocumentum vicenarum feriarum" (unless the said fair should be a nuisance to neighbouring fairs). He also grants exemption from tenths or other quotas upon all the lands, possessions etc. of the Priory. Written at Dertfort (Dartford? Hertford?), witnessed by the King himself.

Nigellus [Nigel], Bishop of Ely, confirms the grant made by Stephen de Scalaris and his wife Juliana to the nuns of St Mary and St Radegund of 80 acres of land in (West) Wratting, to be held free of all customs except Danegeld. May be entry gift for their daughter Sybil (cum Sibilla filia sua). The original charter of the Scales has not survived, but it is known from a late medieval cartulary (Caryl T.25, item d).
