Fugue for organ in D minor.

Descant arrangement. Key: B flat major

Song for tenor and piano or organ. Lyrics: poem by A. E. Housman (1859–1936), taken from "A Shropshire Lad" (1896) "With rue my heart is laden". Key: G major.
On the reverse there is a draft of a song for voice and keyboard in ink containing lyrics, and at the end five bars written in pencil with a comment that reads: Dowland "I saw my lady weep" "English Ayres" (although the bars do not seem to be related with Dowland's piece).

"O Mortal Man" (Words from the "Sussex Mummers' Carol"). Song for baritone and piano. Key: E minor - E major. Metronome marking: andante con motto.

(IV Solo: Trumpet 8'. This registration represents the ideal. On a smaller organ, similar registration may be worked out, using a Great or Swell Reed for passages marked IV).

Variations on the carol "Tempus adest floridum" for organ pedal solo in A major. Metronome marking: 96 beats per minute.
Two copies with minor variants: manuscript (in pencil) and photocopy with pencil annotations.

"On a Rouen Church melody" for organ in A major. Metronome marking: 52 beats per minute, Andante. Suggested registration: II Flutes 8'4' or quiet diapason. Solo 8' Oboe and slow tremulant. Pedal: 8'16' Dulciana.

Piece for organ and voices. Incipit of lyrics: "For thee, O dear, dear country..." [Lutheran Hymn]. On the last page there is a choral piece: 10 4. 10 4. 10 10. ("Lead, birdly light, amid the enriching gloan").

"What care I" (with apologies to John Dowland) for voice and keyboard in A minor. Lyrics by George Wither (1588-1667). Metronome marking: 84 beats per minute.

Voluntary in trio for organ. Registration: I Great (Flutes 8, 2). II Choir: Flutes 8, 2, Sesquialtera. III Swell: Principal 8. Pedal: Flutes 16, 8. (No key). First part: adagio (60 beats per minute). Second part: quasi allegro (80 beats per minute).

"Durch Adam's fall ist ganz verderbt" in E major. Three staves: treble, alto and bass clefs. Metronome marking: quaver=132 "Lente expressif".
