Establishes an annual rent of 40s. to be paid out of the manor of Chickney, Essex, during the life of Dame Agnes Banastre, nun of St Radegund's, Cambridge. Attached seals of five of the seven feoffors survive.

Nunnery account roll

Contains accounts for the year 21-22 Edward IV, in a more summary form than in the preceding two rolls. An endorsement records that the document was formally examined on 17 Jan. 1682. A transcript appears in Arthur Gray, The Priory of Saint Radegund, Cambridge (Cambridge, 1898), pp. 176-179.
