Alice, widow of William Suklyng of Hinton, to John Godson of Cambridge and Avice, his wife, and their heirs 2 acres of land of her free tenement in Trumpington fields, viz.: in Fulde field 3 roods lying next the land of Sir (Dominus) Roger de Trumpington, knight, on the east, and the land of Alice, widow of Stephen de Hawkeston on the west, abutting on the north of Benelond and on the south on land formerly of Thomas of Hinton, chaplain. Also one headland which contains 3 roods of land lying next land of Alice, widow of Stephen de Hawkeston on the north, and abutting on the east on land of the said Alice and on the west on Trumpington moor. Also 1/2 acre of land lying in the same field between land of Roger de Cauz of Trumpington on the south and land of Henry Martin on the north, abutting towards Trumpington on Trumpington moor and the other head abutting on land of the said Alice. Consideration: 4 marks. Term: in perpetuity to them, their heirs and assigns with the right to bequeath it by will. Rent: a rose to the donor at Midsummer; 1 lb. of cumin to Roger de Trumpington at Michaelmas; services to the king.
