Prioress Margaret Claville and the nuns to William Stote and Thomas, his son, a chief rent out of a vacant plot of land, lying between a messuage of Margaret le Clerk, of Chesterton, and a messuage of the same William Stote, abutting on a vacant plot belonging to Damalis de Festede and on the highway (Milne St.). Consideration: 12d per annum to be paid during the lives of the said William and Thomas and of the longest liver of them. The first 7 years have been paid in advance (7s).
