Prioress Milesenta (Milisentia) and the nuns to Peter de Middelton (Middleton) land which John Godard gave them at Flexhethe in St Michael's parish, lying between the land Eva, wife of the late John Godard, holds in dower and the land which Margaret, mother of the said John, holds in dower, opposite a messuage of Walter Crocheman, abutting to the east on the highway leading from St John's hospital to Trumpington gate; also a small portion of land at the head of the said Peter de Middelton's land towards the east where John Godard's kitchen was.
