Includes payment for casing windows, cutting away studs in the wood house and preparing to hang a pair of boarded doors for chaise house, deal and nails, deals for the door, middlestay to the door, hanging splice to door, screws, new lock to the door, for making and hanging new door to the Lodge preparing and fixing of casings and altering rehanging and casing of doors, 6 inch iron rim lock and to latches, 3 pairs of joints and screws, nails, sash line, 3 dozen inch screws, pair of joints and knob latch, repairing garden door, deal for the manger, for sundry jobs in the lodge, blocking and skirting altering of lock and job to chimney piece, wood and nails for the same, labour for sinking well and cesspool for new water closet, labourer for wheeling earth into field, horse cart and chair for the same, deal for new curb to the well, preparing and fixing of work to the new water closet, sawdust for the partition, labour for filling in the dust and helping of the carpenter, deal to the new water closet, 2 pairs of brass butts and flush ring, wood, deals, nails and work on the new water closet, seat and riser to the water closet, run of oily moulding to the water closet, putting up studs and to removing door in passage near to water closet, job done to coach house doors and jobs in the lodge, making and hanging of new raised panel door to the above passage preparing and fixing of architrave etc, iron rim lock and joints to door, run of oily moulding to the same, run of angle beads to the same, prepared skirting, floor boards (brads), hanging old door to the College Room etc, fitting up room where the old water closet was, wall hooks, brass hooks, prepare for new water closet in the garden, preparing and fitting up of the same, oak, clasp and screws to the same, opening and repairing of door leading out of cloisters to the kitchen and other jobs, holdfasts for water closet in the garden, 6 inch bolt and screw to privy door, putting in of new lintel and casing of doorway leading into front garden, putting up manger in stable and holdfasts for the same, 3 yards of line to rehanging of sarks.
